Former ACNA priest Frank D. Gough who was at Resurrection Anglican Church in Shalimar, Florida is in the pretrial process for the possession of obscene materials/view child sex conduct. According to Okaloosa County court records, he has violated his court ordered pretrial supervision. The court officer reports:
On Monday October 20, 2025, our office received a Law Enforcement Confidential Emerald Crime Stoppers Tip. The information provided states that the defendant has obtained and is utilizing a second internet-capable burner phone to have unfettered, unmonitored access to the internet, including watching pornography and sites that include child sex abuse materials. The information also states that the defendant uses the internet to access and post to Facebook. The tipster provided a screen shot of the defendant’s post. Attachment#213993. The information also states that the defendant has had interactions with a minor child in his home on or about August 12, 2025. The information provided believes that the defendant is a danger to the public, especially children. These actions are a direct violation of his Pretrial Service Agreement.
Gough’s bond was revoked in late October, 2025.
Gough was previously in prison in the 80’s for armed robbery. His biography said “Frank’s heart in ministry is in the areas of discipleship, teaching, and sacramental worship, particularly with and for children and youth.”
